With over a decade of professional experience, Chen Xin has held positions at Hunan Satellite TV, Baidu, Zhihu, and Phoenix New Media (ifeng.com). Her background encompasses brand management, public relations, marketing, and certified marketing training across both television and internet media industries. She has served as a judge for more than ten marketing awards and holds appointments as a senior marketing expert for the China Advertising Association of Commerce and as an innovation and entrepreneurship mentor for university students at the Communication University of China.
Since joining Phoenix New Media in 2019, she has redefined the value of the commercial marketing team, solidified top-tier industry relationships, and enhanced market-oriented operational capabilities. She has launched multiple international communication projects, established an international communication research institute, and led major company-level initiatives. These projects and cases have garnered nearly 100 domestic and international awards.
