Liu Lin is General Manager of Commercial R&D and Head of Commercial AIGC at Baidu, with over ten years of expertise in the field. He oversees commercialization R&D for Baidu's core products, including search, information feed, and vertical services. Since the emergence of generative AI, he has led the industry's first generative overhaul of Baidu’s commercial AI engines. Under his direction, the team developed Baidu MuseSteamer (百度蒸汽机), the world's first Chinese I2V (Image-to-Video) model capable of integrated audiovisual generation. This achievement marked an industry breakthrough in synchronized multi-character audio and video generation. The technology is now accessible to consumer users via the "Huixiang" (绘想) platform. Mr. Liu also drives AI innovation and cultivates talent through initiatives such as the Baidu Commercial AI Technology Innovation Competition.
