Profile

Born in Moscow. Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Journalism. Economics PhD.

Member of the RACA Council, co-chair of the RACA Adtech Committee. Member of the industrial council of the IThub educational college. Winner of the 'Media Manager of Russia' award in 2021.

Sergey has dedicated his entire professional life to the advertising business, where he has been working since 2008, spending most of this period working in advertising agencies.

He worked his way up from an assistant in the aquisitions department to the head of various divisions in advertising groups and holdings. He worked in four international advertising agencies, a local agency, and headed the advertising branch of 'Russian Post' in 2022-2023.

He joined OMD OM Group in 2017 as Group Account Director of the Resolution division, after which he created and headed the OMD MarTech division. In 2024, he became the CEO of the Resolution division.

Russian Advertising specialists have gained a unique experience of implementing both global and local AI tools into the marketing process, which could uncover new opportunities of working with AI to improve the efficiency of marketing, proven by case studies over the last two years.
